To all our Libellians,
A few words to share our great joy and pride yesterday when we represented our teams at the Great Place To Work ceremony. In just two years, you have made the LR TECHNOLOGIES Group a company that is known for what we hold dearest: our values.
It was quite a challenge to move from the Start-Up category (the most competitive) to the 50-500 employee company category. We overcame the challenge, and did it well, as we were ranked 13th on our first try!
The Great Place To Work ranking reflects who we are in a truly effective manner. It is like a mirror of what we do every day. By participating in this great collective adventure, we give ourselves another opportunity to work together and build our growth on a strong culture: one that has meaning.
